| The MEWTOCOL OPC Server Ver1.11 difference file is used to upgrade MEWTOCOL OPC Server Ver1.0 or later to Ver.1.11. This file does not work on its own. |

difference file |

Indicate the download destination.
As prompted, indicate the download destination for opcsv_spv111e.exe. When you have indicated the download destination, click on the download button. The download will begin. |

When the download is finished,
double -click the opcsv_spv111e.exe file to begin the installation
process.
Follow the screen prompts displayed by the installation program.

During installation, be
sure to read the License Agreement. Users who continue
with the installation are regarded as assenting to the
conditions of use in the License Agreement. |

Input the license numbers
written in the user registration card which is included
in the package. |

After completing the installation,
reboot the computer. |
